Contributions are pooled. Expressed preferences inform my judgment without creating a restricted fund or an attribution to a particular purchase.
A record for every movement.
Gross contributions, actual provider fees, refunds, disputes, reversals, adjustments, and documented expenditures remain separate. Card data never enters the initiative’s database.
Evidence before publication.
Expenditure entries require an amount, date, category, justification, and reviewed supporting document. Private details must be redacted before publication. Campaign images are excluded as financial evidence.
Arithmetic before adjectives.
Reports reconcile opening balance plus contributions, less fees and reversals and expenditure, to closing balance. No satisfaction assessment is permitted to change the arithmetic.
